Strategy Development

Plan Development

Our consultants will meet with your leadership team and devise a plan for successful revitalization. Based on the needs of your particular community, we will determine areas of deficiencies, from the need to recruit new business to establishing an organized group to oversee such efforts, and then work with your community to outline and guide you through the steps to take to reach your ultimate goals.

Structural Assessment

Our consultants will conduct an on-site assessment of your community's current downtown development structure and provide recommendations on how to best organize to reach your goals. Even if you are a long-established program, we will assess areas that with the right changes and new programs, could strongly improve the effectiveness of your community's downtown revitalization efforts.

Incentive Tools Assessment

Without incentive tools, your downtown can not compete with other downtown areas. From business improvement districts,tax increment financing districts and facade grants to redevelopment loan programs, the toolbox can never be too full. Assessing not only the downtown, but also the civic and governmental leaders in your community will help determine which approach may or may not work as an added tool to your toolbox of success.
