MASSENGILL CONSULTING
Massengill Consulting is a firm that was built to put the needs of people first. I began my career accumulating robust experience (20 years) in the hospitality management field. With diverse experiences in service management, facilities management, employee management, and operations management—I was able to meaningfully contribute to regionally recognized brands as a general manager, regional manager, commissary manager and operations manager.
After a distinguished 20 year career in hospitality, I took my breadth of business knowledge and started Massengill Consulting in 2020 with the goal of helping others start and advance their businesses. We work with clients in the small to medium size business sector. As a result of my employment history in the following sectors: restaurants, healthcare, technology, wellness, public school and association management, I have acquired diverse skill-sets that I can deploy for your company’s needs. Or, maybe you are like us and have always dreamed to start your own business. We are here to help.
More than on-the-job training, I also have an extensive academic background with a Masters degree in Accountancy. I have substantial experience applying this academic knowledge as a staff accountant, senior account, controller, and Chief Financial Officer.
I would love to position your business for success. Over the course of my career, I have built a network of relationships by working side-by-side with some of the most talented, hard-working, and honest individuals. They are readily available to contribute to your success. My vision is to help you build, optimize, and grow your business to new heights. I can do this through different mechanisms by working within your budget. As you scale, opportunities for acceleration will expand. We can work for an hourly rate or a fixed rate. Typically, we begin by completing small 2–3-hour projects to establish our credibility and value to your business. We have the capacity to expand our services 40 hours or more weekly.
